Generally, all of our HALMAI products have a full 12-month warranty and 90 days money- back guaranteed from the receipt of original order. If your product does not meet your needs within this period, feel free to contact us by submitting a feedback form below to let us know what we can do to help you.

Please note this page of warranty and return is for purchases made through or the HALMAI Direct store on Amazon. For purchases made through HALMAI's authorized resellers, please contact them directly.

If it is not a quality issue, the return needs to be shipped to the specified address and you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Please kindly be advised that your return must meet the following criteria in order for us to process it:

  1. a) Original conditions with all accessories, including manuals, warranty registration, etc.
  2. b) Valid, unexpired Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) obtained from our site or customer service after submitting the return form.
